The MSc Business and Management course allows you to gain the knowledge and skills you need to be an inspiring, effective and resilient manager. Management theory is combined with developing your practical management skills, and our course is taught by internationally recognised subject experts.

The course focuses on operations and strategic management, and explores the need for managing limited resources effectively, with maximum business impact. This is the ideal course if you're looking to take your first steps into management. We cover the major functions of organisations – accounting, marketing, operations, people and talent management. Finance and economics are integrated through our strategic orientation.

You can exit at the end of 12 months with a PgCert Business and Management.

You can exit at the end of 18 months with a PgDip Business and Management.

Entry Requirements

A minimum of a second class Honours degree or equivalent. Applicants without these formal qualifications but with significant appropriate/relevant work/life experience are encouraged to apply.

INTO University of Stirling offers a Graduate Diploma for those students who do not meet the required criteria for this course. If you successfully complete the Graduate Diploma in Business, Finance and Sport and meet the required progression grades, you'll be guaranteed entry onto this Masters degree.
