This course gives you a qualification in Hospitality and cookery skills, and includes a balance of practical and theory subjects. It is an excellent opportunity to prepare you for employment in a range of hospitality and catering settings including Front of House or kitchen-based roles. The course is also an excellent foundation before moving on to further study.
Cookery skills: Techniques and processes; Health and Safety; Hospitality; Barista Skills; Working Front of House; Introduction to events; Professional Cookery Practice and Knowledge; Skills for working in Hospitality.
No formal entry requirements. Interview.
NC Professional Cookery: Level 5/6 or Advanced Professional Cookery at Level 6. Employment within the catering and hotel industry.
