The areas covered include audio acquisition and editing, and working with video and digital imaging. This will give you a range of experience and skills that you need to progress to a Higher level course. Team working is core to the media industries, and you will have the opportunity to work as part of a group of like-minded people to produce a range of media and start putting together a portfolio of your work.

You will learn:
Understanding the Film and Television Industry; Intro to Digital Still and Moving Images;
Digital Media Job Opportunities; Basic Video Camera Operations; Introduction to Radio and audio recording

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements although an interest in the digital, video and media industry is a must.
