They are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) – the largest human resources and development professional body in Europe – and will enable you to broaden your knowledge whilst providing an ideal opportunity for supporting continuing professional development. This qualification is perfect if you want to acquire a wide range of relevant skills in HR and development.

The CIPD: Foundation Diploma in Human Resource Practice (Level 3) courses are offered in 2 parts to ensure accessibility for self-financing students. It is offered as follows:

Diploma (Part 1) – 16 credits
Diploma (Part 2) – 21 credits

NB: Part 1 must be completed before Part 2

Study Option: Blended Learning (combination of distance learning in partnership with ICS Educate with certain taught components)

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements, but you must be proficient in the English language. Knowledge of or experience in human resource support or management would be beneficial.
