The CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in HR Management will provide the perfect platform to further develop your HR career at management level. It will develop your ability to evaluate the effectiveness of different HR models and practices and increase your understanding of external factors that impact on HR and organisations whilst building expertise in HR specialist subjects. The qualification will also develop your planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
The course consists of the following six modules:-
Developing Professional Practice; Business Issues and the Contexts of Human Resources; Using Information in Human Resources; Resourcing and Talent Planning; Improving Organisational Performance; Employee Engagement.
