This course ideal if you are looking to start your career within the Hospitality/Cookery Industry – it will give you the opportunity to try out both Cookery and Front of House operations before deciding on your career path.

The course will introduce you to a variety of techniques needed to work in a professional kitchen and front of house.

Content:
Healthy eating and nutrition; How to handle and operate kitchen equipment; Health and safety within a kitchen environment; Cookery processes; Dealing with customers; Team working; Barista skills; Units in the framework.
