The programme will lead to the award of the MSc in Psychological Research Methods. The course offers an excellent theoretical and practical grounding in research methods in Psychology, building upon the levels of skill and knowledge attained in your first degree in Psychology (as recognised by the British Psychological Society for Graduate Membership).

The programme is divided into five modules:
Research Foundations, Qualitative Research Methods, Advanced Quantitative Methods, Research in Practice, Research Dissertation.

Plus two optional modules.

Entry Requirements

An honours degree in Psychology or a related subject at lower second class or above

Consideration will also be given to applicants with other academic backgrounds who explain clearly their motivation for undertaking the relevant MSc, outlining any relevant work experience
