This highly-practical course is designed to give candidates an introduction to hospitality through a wide range of units providing a broad overview of the hospitality sector and the career opportunities within it.
Some of the units that will be covered include: Front of House Operations; Hospitality Events; Developing Skills for Working in Hospitality and Developing Skills for Working in a Professional Kitchen.
All applicants will attend an information session and an interview for selection and may be asked to provide a reference. Completed 4 years of secondary education.
NC Hospitality at SCQF Level 5 and introductory level employment in the Hospitality Industry.
