This day-release programme (a system of allowing employees days off work to go on educational courses) taught at Edinburgh College’s Midlothian campus over a two-year period.

This course is designed to enable students who have completed their HNC Electrical Engineering to develop their skills and competence to a higher level within the electrical engineering industry. This course will help you to pursue a career in your desired field. You will learn many valuable skills needed to work as an electrical engineer including knowledge in Electrical Motor Drive Systems, Electrical Installation Design and Transformers.
