This course is designed for those interested in pursuing a career in the electrical engineering industry. During the course, you will gain a broad understanding of electrical engineering including an introduction to Electrical Principles, Electrical Installation Fundamentals, Mathematics, IT and Electrical Hand Skills.

Content:

Introduction to Electrical Principles; Introduction to Fundamental Electrical Systems; Introduction to Electrical Wiring Skills; Introduction to Electrical Testing and Measurement; Electrical Health and Safety
Digital Electronics; Mathematics; Intro to Engineering: Using IT; Introductory Soldering and Circuit Assembly.

Entry Requirements

National 4 Maths or Physics.
