Part of the Scottish Wider Access Programme (SWAP), this course offers a unique learning experience to adults with an interest in Celtic Studies, but with few or no qualifications. This course is available on a residential and nonresidential basis for adults aged 18 or over with few or no qualifications. If you complete the course successfully, you can progress to higher education programmes such as Celtic Studies. This course includes a residential cultural visit to Sabhal Mòr Ostaig in Skye to develop Gaelic language skills.

Over 18 during year of study, applicants should have been out of education for five years at SCQF Level 6 and three years at SCQF Level 5. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.
