This course is an exciting combination of theory and practical classes providing a basic introduction to a range of sport and fitness subjects.

Students will improve their communication and IT skills to help them progress to higher level courses in sport and fitness. Students will also get the chance to practice a range of sporting specialisms, such as basketball, volleyball and futsal.

This course includes:

Gym based sessions; Group exercise; Fitness tests; Coaching.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. However you should have a genuine interest in participating in sport and fitness activities. Interview and fitness test.
