Year 2 of this course continues to build on the key knowledge required by a construction technician, site supervisor/agent/manager, to provide a strong grounding in construction methods, procedures, organisation and contractual arrangements.

You will learn contemporary technical roles, currently required by the construction industry:
Computer Aided Draughting (CAD); Building Services Introduction; Construction Site Surveying; Building Measurement & Cost Studies (Quantity Surveying); Construction Materials Testing & Specification; Architectural Design; Graded Unit Project.

Attendance: Wednesday 9.00am - 4.15pm.

Year 1 of HNC Construction Management course.
