With a more general industry introduction and focus on core skills in the first part of the course, students then get an opportunity to choose options in the second part to allow a more specialised/specific focus. Options are available in Business, Administration, Enterprise, Travel and Tourism, Marketing and Events.
The course includes a lot of practical elements, allowing students to apply and demonstrate the skills, knowledge and experience gained.
Learn about the key aspects of running a business: Administration and organisation skills; Customer care; Finance; Marketing; Practical projects.
3 subjects at National 5, preferably including English and Maths; or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5.
