This course aims to provide a thorough insight and training into both the practical and theoretical skills required to work and operate within a range of construction disciplines. These will include, Civil Engineering, Computer Aided Design (Architecture) and Technology (Technician).

Content includes:
Computer Aided Drawing in Construction: An Introduction; 3D CAD; Computer Graphics; Project; Technology; Construction Site Surveying; An Introduction; Groundwork & Substructure; Materials; Construction Engineering Mathematics; Environmental Building Science; An Introduction; Building Services Domestic; Health & Safety in the Construction Industry.

Entry Requirements

National 5 English, Maths or Applications of Maths and a science or technological subject is preferred or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Selection by interview.
