The NQ Bakery Level 4 (SCQF 4) is designed to offer school leavers and those with no formal bakery qualifications an opportunity to study the subject at an introductory level. The course will provide you with the skills, knowledge and understanding required to progress onto further bakery courses. On this course, you will be able to make a range of sweet and savoury baked goods including bread, pastries, pies, cakes, gateaux and desserts.
2 subjects at National 3, preferably English and Maths. All applicants will be invited for interview.
Successful achievement will allow you to progress onto our NQ Bakery Level 5 course.
