If you are a lover of sport and looking for an introductory level course, then this programme is for you! This course is designed to introduce you to Sport, Fitness & Adventure Sports at a basic level which will prepare you for entry onto a range of our NC level 5 and 6 courses.

It offers a balance of theory & practical related units designed to improve your knowledge and develop your personal performance.

Course topics include:
Badminton, basketball, canoeing, climbing, exercise to music, first aid, fixed weights, football, hill walking, kayaking, orienteering, skiing, white water rafting, Skills for employment, Nutrition
