NQ Introduction to Hairdressing with Make-up Artistry Level 4 is an introductory programme offers an insight into the hairdressing industry and provides hands-on, basic, practical hairdressing skills in ladies hair cutting, colouring, and styling.

It will not only develop your knowledge and skills but also your creativity and flair. The addition of an introduction to fashion make-up techniques will give you the opportunity to combine your talents in both hair and make-up.

Units include:
Health and safety; Careers options and choices; Product awareness; Prepare and assist in workplace environment; Working with customers and colleagues; Hairdressing practical skills; Introduction to hair cutting skills; Introduction to hair colouring skills; Introduction to make-up skills.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Interview and skills test.
