First Steps to Sport is an introductory new course designed to provide you with the opportunity to progress onto a range of NC Sport and Fitness Courses at West College Scotland. The course will provide an introductory experience into Sport and Fitness at College.

The course will include:
An introduction to Health and Fitness; Team Building Activities; The Human Body; Mental Health Issues an Introduction; Introduction to Sporting Activities; Personal Well-Being; Introduction to Volunteering.
