This course gives you hands on experience of Restaurant and Bar Operations delivered in our 7th Floor College Training Restaurant.

You will learn all aspects of front of house service including:
Restaurant and Bar Set Up and Service; Introduction to Wine and Cocktail (mixology); Barista Skills Customer Care; Working as Part of a Team; Reception; Dealing with Payments

Additional industry certificates include:
REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene; Allergy Awareness; Licensed Premises Training
