This is an exciting course which provides you with the skills and knowledge necessary to gain employment in the hospitality industry. This course focuses on food and beverage service, front office, customer care, food production and hospitality administration.
This course will successfully prepare you for articulation to NQ Hospitality (Level 6) and develops your employability skills to allow you to work in the main sectors of the hospitality industry including restaurants, bars, hotels, event and contract catering at a practical level, serving and dealing with customers.

Food and Beverage Service, Customer Care, Food Hygiene, Visits to local hospitality establishments, Front Office, Professional Cookery, Introduction to Alcoholic Beverages, Numeracy.
1 subject at National 5 plus 3 at National 4 including English and Maths. Entry subject to successful interview.
