This course will provide you with a broad education for a career in hospitality, equipping you with both knowledge of the industry itself and practical skills for working in it.

Subject areas include:
Front Office Skills, Accommodation, Alcoholic Beverages, Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality Events, Customer Care, Food Hygiene, Working Safely, Hospitality IT Administration, Accommodation Servicing, Hospitality Costing, Numeracy, Integrated Project.

Entry Requirements

1 subject at National 5 plus 3 at National 4; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Subjects to include English and Maths. Entry subject to successful interview.
