Want to develop your bakery skills? This course will help you gain the practical experience, knowledge and qualifications needed for a job in the Bakery Industry.
Your course will include a variety of hands on practical and theory based units:
Bakery Processes, Aeration, Post-baking Process Skills, Craft Baking, Food Hygiene, Flour Confectionery Processes, Measuring and Mixing.
3 subjects at National 4, preferably including Health and Food Technology; or NQ Bakery (Level 4). All applicants will be invited for interview.
