Mediation is flourishing as a method to resolve a very wide range of disputes including in the commercial, employment, family, education, community, health and housing sectors (to name some). Mediation can break down a dispute by using tools, techniques and inter-personal skills simply not available in any other resolution forum. Even the most intractable disputes can be mediated to a resolution.
