Mediation is flourishing as a method to resolve a very wide range of disputes including in the commercial, employment, family, education, community, health and housing sectors (to name some). Mediation can break down a dispute by using tools, techniques and inter-personal skills simply not available in any other resolution forum. Even the most intractable disputes can be mediated to a resolution.

Entry Requirements

Normally, a 2:1 honours law degree (or equivalent) will be required to be accepted onto this programme. Significant experience in a professional pursuit may, exceptionally, be accepted as a substitute for a Bachelor’s degree. The Programme Director retains sole discretion for any admission decisions.
