Learn more about current thinking and practice in HE, and reflect upon your findings. This tailored Master's level course is suitable for working professionals at any career stage.
The course is delivered primarily online, with an Orientation Day at the start of each module. You will be provided with individual tutor support, access to a community of practice and discipline-based mentoring. You will also be able to draw upon your everyday practice and experiences to aid your learning.
The course consists of two modules which you will complete consecutively. Each one is based on the standards required by the UKPSF (2011).
You will start the course by taking the Associate Module. Once you have completed this, you can progress to the Certificate level to complete the Fellowship module. You can also choose to exit at this point and receive module credit.
You must be actively teaching in higher education. Your teaching activity can include lectures, practicals, studios, labs, one-to-ones, seminars etc. but must be at tertiary level.
