The BSc Hons Applied Bioscience and Zoology course will equip you with the skills to pursue a career within the animal sciences sector.

With excellent field and work-related learning opportunities, career options include animal welfare, countryside ranger, pest and infestation control, zoo keeper, fish farmer, aquaculture research and teaching.

Laboratories play a vital role in research, diagnosis and treatment, with biomedical scientists carrying out tests on specimens, with timely and effective analysis of results informing the effective diagnosis, monitoring, treatment and prevention of disease.
