Distinctively designed for current as well as aspiring managers, this programme equips students with an approach to management that blends analytical skills and the ability to synthesise innovative solutions to problems and opportunities whilst recognising the importance of the interpersonal elements of modern management.

The programme involves both face to face teaching and online independent learning.
For the award of MSc, all students will complete a dissertation which reflects the topic of either specialism (leadership/innovation).

You can exit at the end of 18 months with PgDip Business Management with Leadership and Innovation

You can exit at the end of 12 months with PgCert Business Management with Leadership and Innovation

Entry Requirements

You will need an Honours degree at 2:2 or above, or an equivalent qualification for entry into this course.
