This course is a technician level qualification that will provide you with the basics you’ll need to enter into a career as a construction manager within the Built Environment.

You will study:
Health and Safety in Construction; Introduction to Building Services; Building Services in Large Buildings; 2D CAD (Computer Aided Design); Construction Materials and Specification; Construction Site Surveying A.; Domestic Construction Technology; Industrial/Commercial Superstructure; Site Administration; Standard Forms of Construction Contracts; Substructure Construction Technology; Construction Management Graded Unit.

Entry Requirements

Maths or a science subject at Higher; or NQ Built Environment; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 6. Interview.
