This course is designed to provide students with a range of skills, industry-recognised qualifications and certificates that will assist them in the pursuit of a construction-related apprenticeship.
The course is based around three trade areas which have been selected to give an insight to various aspects of the construction industry along with the specific qualifications required to work on site.
Students undertaking this course will be able to identify which skills they already have and which they would like to enhance and pursue into the future either directly into the workplace or further levels of study.
No formal entry requirements.
National 4 / 5 qualifications in Construction or similar technical discipline would be a considerable advantage to prospective students.
