The HND Web Development with UX Design Year 2 will build on and expand the knowledge and skills gained during HNC or HND year 1, required to thrive in this exciting and ever-evolving digital tech sector.

Year 2 of the course combines front-end and back-end web development incorporating client and server-side technologies as well as some software/game/ app development. The course gives you the opportunity to specialise in front-end development and UX design or back-end development and software.

Due to our close ties to industry, this course is constantly adapting to keep pace with the skills and technologies required to work in this sector. Opportunities for work experience and additional client projects may be available throughout the course.

Entry Requirements

HNC Digital Design and Web Development. Entry is also subject to a satisfactory interview.

Progression Routes

Direct entry into year 3 of a range of degree programmes at selected universities.
