Core and option modules provide students with functional and discipline based studies which are designed to give broad coverage of the operations of mineral resources business organisations. The industry context is examined from a strategic business perspective within the core modules and a selected menu of optional modules offer students the opportunity to explore more specific topics in depth.
An internship module is offered as one of the options to allow students the opportunity of undertaking a reflective and analytical work experience placement. This is ultimately organised by the student.
An honours degree in Business Studies, Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Law, Geology, Petroleum, or Mining Engineering at lower second class or above
Consideration will also be given to applicants with other academic backgrounds who explain clearly their motivation for undertaking the relevant MSc in Management, outlining any relevant work experience
