Introduction to Creative Arts is a course which will teach you about the world of art and design. You will have freedom to explore and enjoy producing artwork you will learn how to use materials and techniques in a playful and creative way. You will be given guidance on how to generate ideas and develop your creative skills, looking at other artists and designers as inspiration.

You will cover areas such as:

Drawing and Illustration; Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Photoshop, Design for Print; Product Design.

Entry Requirements

No formal entry requirements. Entry subject to interview and portfolio.

Progression Routes

Progression to Art and Design Foundation (Level 5) or Advanced Art and Design Foundation (Level 6)
