This course provides all the core units of an HNC Administration and IT course, plus key book-keeping units. Students will be provided with an introductory understanding of the role of digital media in contemporary marketing communications.
This course is designed to allow students to gain the necessary skills to take up roles within the administrative or accounting sector. The course provides all the core units of an HNC Administration and IT course, plus specialist units for book-keeping. Students who undertake this course will also be awarded a Professional Development Award in Book-keeping.
Core units include:
Office Administration and Digital Technologies for Administrators; IT in Business: Word Processing, Spreadsheets and Databases; Recording Financial Transactions, Payroll (manual & electronic), Using Financial Accounting Software (SAGE).
