This 17-week course, which starts in February and follows on from the Certificate, will provide you with a practical and broad introduction to the fields of tourism, business retail, events and customer service.

You will study: Enterprise; Planning and implementing an event; Introduction to working as air cabin crew; Travel and tourism: an introduction; Tourist destinations; Introduction to airport operations; Storing, replenishing and displaying stock; Effective merchandising; Marketing: basic principles and applications; Selling skills; Satisfying customer needs.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 4; or Certificate: Tourism, Events and Customer Service; or other relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 4. Interview.
