This course contains a large number of business and accounting units. Learners will take part in investigating local business organisations as well as taking part in a real life leadership activity to develop their leadership and team working skills.

Content includes:
Communication; Understanding Business; Management of People and Finance; Management of Marketing and Operations; Professional Ethics for Accountants; Management Accounting; Financial Accounting; Analysing Accounting Information; Scottish Legal Framework; Employment Law: An Introduction; Contemporary Business Influences; Leadership: An Introduction; Leadership in Practice
Customer Service; Personal Learning and Development.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 5 including English and Business Management or Accounting, or relevant NQ or NC in a business or accounting subject (including Communications) at SCQF Level 5. Entry is subject to an interview.
