The adventure tourism industry is an evolving sector and job opportunities are continuing to grow. Activity Tourism is a National Progression Award (NPA) designed to be taken as a steppingstone towards a rewarding career in the tourism industry. Challenge and develop your skills in the outdoors as you gain professional qualifications; using the whole of Scotland as your playground.

Content: Local tourism product knowledge; Climbing: foundation skills; Climbing: lead climbing; Climbing: training and assessment; Scottish geography for activity tourism; Assist with an event; Employability skills; Customer service skills; Marketing: basic principles and applications.
