This course is aimed at candidates who are already working within a professional kitchen environment. The course is delivered 1 day per week over two years – we can be flexible with the day you attend but most candidates attend on a Wednesday.
To study year 2 you must have completed and successfully passed year 1. This course will continue to build on the units studied in year 1 again enhancing your skills and abilities for working in this fast-paced and exciting professional cookery industry.
Learn to prepare, cook and finish:
Cold and Hot Desserts; Pastry Products; Basic Soups; Hot Sauces.
You must be working in a commercial kitchen to be eligible for this course.
