This course has been designed to prepare students for a career in the Hospitality and Tourism sector. Core subjects of study include Hospitality Industry, Hospitality Supervision, Hospitality: Financial and Control Systems, Food Hygiene Intermediate, Food and Beverage Service, Event Organisation, Marketing and E-commerce Part of your study will be self-directed on line. Through undertaking a work experience placement, students have the opportunity to consolidate new skills and knowledge developed throughout their course.
