This course is for electrical personnel who are working in electrical installation and are designing and installing to the latest regulations.

If you're a practising electrician, you must comply with the regulations for electrical work under the new BS7671: 2018 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.

Aimed at practising electricians and domestic installers, contracts managers, designers, electrical engineers, surveyors and other related trades.

You will study:
Scope, object and fundamentals principles; Definitions; Assessment of general characteristics; Protection for safety; Selection and erection of equipment; Inspection and testing; Special installations or locations

Entry Requirements

Candidates must have achieved the City & Guilds 17th Edition qualification to include the 3rd amendment which was launched January 2015.
