This course develops your skills for further academic study. You’ll learn about a range of subjects including English, Economics, Law, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Criminology, Business Studies and Research Skills.
The economic problem of wants in relation to limited resources and how this impacts on individuals, firms and governments; Scots Law, criminal law and the civil courts; accounting statements for companies; classifying and controlling costs; the dynamic and changing environment of industry and commerce; using complex formal English in a range of written and spoken forms.
No formal entry requirements. A place on the course is subject to an interview process.
Progression onto an HNC/D or degree level courses.
