Content

The Postgraduate Certificate Coaching and Mentoring is aimed at practitioners from across public, private and voluntary sector organisations who have responsibility for learning and development and/or supporting peers and colleagues as part of their own organisational development policies. Previous participants have engaged successfully with the programme from across the field(s) of education, health, social work, further education, local authority, and other professional contexts.

In this respect, the PgCert promotes cross-sector/interagency/inter-professional working and the development of core, transferable skills appropriate for postgraduate study. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for sustained engagement with the subject; to embark on an incremental learning journey in a supportive and non-threatening environment.
