Global businesses change rapidly and as such, we need to do the same. By studying business management with HRM, you are developing your skills around the people within the sector.

By the end of the course, you’ll be able to understand the theory behind business management and we will help to build your skills in developing an enquiring, analytical approach to several subject areas. This will widen the application of your business management skills to include a range of career routes in human resource management.

Modules include:
Sustaining Organisational Performance; Global Economic Environment and Marketing; Organisational Change and Management; Leadership, Strategy and Innovation; Contemporary Human Resource Management; Human Resource Management in an International Context; Research Methods; Dissertation.

Entry Requirements

You will need an Honours degree at 2:2 or above, or an equivalent qualification for entry into this course.
