The programme has been designed both for those working in career development, and for those aspiring to enter the field.
You will develop a critical understanding of key issues in career development practice, applicable to a variety of roles. You will gain the knowledge required to exercise professional autonomy and initiative in educational, workplace or community settings.
You will study three 20 credit modules. One module is studied in each trimester. The modules are designed so that they can be studied in any sequence.

A 2:2 Honours degree in any discipline.
