This course develops the knowledge and skills required to follow a career in hospitality using a mixture of theory and practice in supervisory skills, customer care, food and drink operations, and events.
You will study: Hospitality industry; Hospitality supervision; Customer care; Food and beverage Operations; Events industry; Food hygiene; Hospitality financial and control systems; Hospitality operations graded unit.
1 Higher; English or a business based subject plus 4 subjects at National 5; or relevant national qualifications including Core Skills at SCQF Level 6. Interview
