This exciting new course is aimed at those who wish to work in the hospitality industry, either front of house or in the kitchens. It consists of twelve units and is run over three days in college with one day’s work experience. There will be opportunities for students to work on live events.
Students will also attend classes in communication, ICT and numeracy.
All equipment and uniforms will be provided.
