Designed for students who wish to build on their previous learning, you can enter directly into Year 3 or 4 depending on your prior qualifications. You may transfer in from another degree course, even if it's from another university, or you may have successfully completed an HND in a related area at college.
You'll develop a detailed knowledge and understanding of the practices and principles appropriate to a career in the hospitality and service industry. You'll develop your practical, critical and analytical abilities enabling you to compete effectively for employment.
