Content

Introduces three areas of the digital industry: Software, Games and Web Design. This is mostly a practical-based course which includes areas of: Game Design, Software Development, Web Design and Mobile Technology, 2D Animation, Character Creation, Video editing and Games programming are some of the subjects undertaken. This course prepares learners to move onto any of our HNC courses including Software Development, Computer Games Development and Digital Design and Web Development.

Entry Requirements

All applicants will be invited to a three-stage process to assess suitability for the course.

Stage 1 Diagnostic Test candidates will require to achieve a 5/6 level of Competency; Stage 2 - Written Piece and Interview; Stage 3 - Workshop. All applicants may also be asked to provide a reference.
