Learners will study and develop essential skills in the key areas of business. These will be transferable to future courses or employment and will provide an excellent grounding in business subjects such as: Accounting, Marketing, IT, HR and Digital Technologies.

These business skills will be put to the test in an enterprise module, which will challenge practical knowledge and bring problem solving and team working skills together.

Learners will also work on the core skills areas of communication and numeracy. Suited to school leavers who meet the entry requirements and mature applicants who meet the entry requirements and/or have suitable work experience.

Entry Requirements

4 subjects at National 5, or relevant national qualifications at SCQF Level 5. Entry subject to interview and pre-entry test.

Progression Routes

Relevant HNC or employment in a business related role.
