The focus of this Inclusiveness course is getting you into work and includes accredited qualifications, practical experience and employability skills.

Underpinning Knowledge:
Microsoft Office Packages; Internet and Email; Telephone Techniques; Customer Service; Administration Activities; Cash Transactions.

On completion of this course you’ll achieve a PDA Administration at SCQF Level 4.

Employability Skills:
CV building and application forms; Interview techniques; Working with others.

This course is 3 days per week, including a work placement.

Entry Requirements

You should be interested in working in an administrative role and have some IT skills.
