This course is for anyone wanting a career in the fitness industry. You will learn what is involved and develop your fitness levels too.

The course includes:
Sports mechanics; Sports injuries; Contemporary fitness; Anatomy; Leadership; An introduction to gym instructor; Mental health and wellbeing.

Entry Requirements

3 subjects at National 4 including English. Interview. Fitness test and written test.

You will require a satisfactory criminal record check from Disclosure Scotland to show that you are suitable for this type of course. Contact Disclosure Scotland for details on the type you would need.
