This course is highly valued by both universities and employers. It offers an academic pathway to prepare you for a future administrative role within the NHS and public service provision.

You’ll spend 3 days in college and 2 days on placement (for 12 weeks). Placements opportunities cover a whole range of clinical settings across Ayrshire including GP surgeries and hospitals.

Entry Requirements

2 relevant Highers including English and preferably National 5 Maths, or NC Health and Social Care (Higher), NC Administration with Medical (Level 5) or other relevant NC course at SCQF 6. A place on the course is subject to an interview process. A satisfactory reference is required.
